Meet Chevy, a calm and loyal best friend! This 5-year-old Labrador Retriever and Wirehaired Terrier mix weighs about 65 pounds and embodies a gentle soul. If you're seeking a dog that enjoys adventure but has moved past the puppy chaos, Chevy is the one for you. One of his favorite activities is going for walks, and the moment he sees his leash, he's ready to go. Chevy walks beautifully beside you, exhibiting great manners and a loose leash. At home, he is calm, quiet, and easygoing. Fully house trained, he knows commands like sit, lay down, and come when called. He rarely barks and takes treats softly. Though crate-trained, he prefers to spend time with people. Chevy gets along well with other dogs, displaying friendliness and respect, and even previously lived with cats. His experience with children is currently unknown. This sweet boy has a fun, playful side; he loves sprinklers and hose play. Bath time is a breeze for him, too! Chevy will even come with his very own dog splash pad to enjoy in his new home. With so much love to give, Chevy is ready to find a family to cherish him.
