Meet Ludo, a 1.5-year-old cattle dog and Border Collie mix who was discovered running the streets in the early morning hours, scared and alone. Thankfully, a compassionate person found him and brought him to safety. Initially wary of humans, Ludo quickly learned he was in good hands, and his sweet personality began to emerge. Comfortably settled into his kennel, he appreciates having a quiet space to relax and decompress after his previous experiences. As Ludo has grown more comfortable, he’s shown himself to be a playful young dog who thrives on games of fetch and enjoys the company of both people and other dogs. He has excellent manners, happily sharing treats and bones—something many dogs don't do so easily. Once you've earned his trust, you will discover how affectionate Ludo can be. He is the epitome of a velcro dog, content to follow his humans from room to room while enjoying their company. Whether it’s folding laundry, preparing dinner, or just lounging on the couch, Ludo wants to be right there with you. Currently completing his veterinary care, he is seeking a foster-to-adopt home where he can flourish and display all the love and potential he possesses.
