About Mira
Mira, a brave German Shepherd, was found as a stray in the Central Valley, emaciated and with diabetes. Abandoned at a shelter that couldn't provide the care she needed, she nearly faced euthanasia. Thankfully, a kind volunteer recognized her plight and brought her into foster care, where she's receiving the essential treatment she requires. Though Mira is almost blind, she navigates her surroundings with courage, relying on her humans for support. She enjoys the company of other dogs and is learning how to coexist with cats. Mira is affectionate and craves attention, often believing she’s a lap dog at heart. This happy pup is also house trained and gets along well with children.
