About Bella
Meet Bella! This 4-year-old Frenchie is on a fresh path to recovery after a challenging time. She was surrendered to Chicago Animal Care & Control in dire condition, emaciated and unable to walk, facing euthanasia. Just hours before her deadline, a generous foster home stepped in to save Bella and help her become a Tails Together pet. Her past was full of neglect, and now Bella is starting to experience the love she deserves. After being in a foster home, she is thriving, with her wounds healing nicely. She’s learning to navigate life with a brand new set of wheels, building strength in her back legs every day. Bella loves yak chews and bones, which keep her busy and bring her joy. Though she appears to have missed out on toys, her foster sibling is showing her how to enjoy them as a beloved family dog. Bella does well with cats, dogs, and children, making her a wonderful companion. She is available for foster-to-adopt for families local to Evanston/Chicago. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
