With a plush silvery grey coat, he might just be a Russian Blue mix, and his foster mom affectionately calls him the "little big guy," since he has the personality of a big cat packed into a small body. Concrete is incredibly sweet and playful. He is brave and endlessly curious, often lounging with his belly up, ready for attention. Though he hasn't spent much time around children or dogs, we believe he'll adapt well given proper introductions.
