Jasper is a charming 12-week-old boy who can be a bit shy at first, but he’s gradually building his confidence and becoming more outgoing. He has faced some challenges in his brief life so far, but he’s ready to move on to a loving home. To help him settle in comfortably, he’s currently in a Foster to Adopt situation. Once he reaches three pounds, he will be neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Jasper thrives in a calm environment, so he would do best with older teens and no small children.
