About Roamey

Roamey is a delightful young lady, having been found abandoned as a puppy. Rescued by a caring family who hoped to find her a loving home, Roamey's journey has brought her to our shelter at 3 and a half years old. Sadly, her previous family can no longer care for her. She’s a clever girl who knows commands like sit, paw, lay down, and say please. Roamey enjoys playing with bones, squeaky toys, and footballs, and loves a good game of chase. While she’s a little wary of vacuums and tends to bark at them, she is otherwise calm, sleeping soundly on her dog bed next to you. Fully house trained, she’s also great on a leash and enjoys car rides. Having transitioned from being an only pet to making new friends at the rescue, Roamey is adaptable. Whether joining a pack or being the only dog, she thrives. This sweet girl is waiting for her forever family to take her home. She is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, and microchipped, with an upcoming rabies vaccination needed. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
