About Iibi
Iibi is a gentle and quiet dog who arrived at PACC from a home overwhelmed with more than 25 dogs. This environment can hinder individual socialization, and Iibi's cautious nature reflects that. Luckily, he has made significant progress during his time at the shelter, learning the basics of walking on a leash and gaining trust in humans. While in foster care, Iibi proved to be a wonderful houseguest. He quietly enjoyed snoozing on the couch instead of his dog bed, showing his quirky side. Although still shy, he has moments of playfulness, and it’s clear he thrives on routine and would benefit from crate training. According to one of his friends at the shelter, Iibi is a handsome guy with a soft coat, and he has become more comfortable with leashing and petting with gentle encouragement. Iibi has been social and tolerant when meeting other dogs during playgroup, so a patient family with a confident furry companion could help him continue to blossom.
