About Parsnip
Parsnip is a sweet girl who found her way to us as a stray. When she arrived, she was quite thin at 54 lbs, but with proper nutrition and regular meals, she's on her way to a healthier weight of around 65 lbs. At about 2 years old, she’s in good health, though she does have some scarring on her face that tells a bit of her story. Living at the rescue, Parsnip has shown that she can get along well with other dogs, having a male playmate here. She hasn't met any cats yet, but we believe she would do fine with them. She walks well on a leash and has a polite demeanor — no destruction or excessive barking from her. Above all, she is a calm presence who will surely make a loving companion. Could you be the one to give her a forever home? To start the adoption process, please visit our website and fill out an application. Once it’s processed, we’ll reach out to arrange a meet and greet.
