About Xena

Meet Xena. This beautiful torbie, estimated to be around 2 years old, has a way of quietly stealing hearts. Xena came to New Hope Animal Rescue after facing challenges that many cats shouldn't have to endure. She arrived with a severely damaged eye that couldn't be saved. Although her remaining eye has a cataract, her veterinarians have determined she doesn't need additional medical care right now. Xena has adjusted wonderfully and doesn't allow her limited vision to define her. As a gentle soul, Xena takes her time warming up to new environments and people. Once she feels secure, her charming personality truly emerges. One of her favorite pastimes is curling up in her tunnel toy, happily making biscuits while purring. These moments are pure Xena—filled with peace and contentment. She's not seeking a bustling household; instead, Xena dreams of a calm, quiet home where her gentle nature can thrive. She needs patient people who understand that trust takes time and that deep bonds grow slowly. With kindness, a cozy spot for napping, and a little patience, she'll bring gentle companionship and unconditional affection into your life. Having triumphed over her past, Xena deserves a loving family that will cherish her exactly as she is. She's ready to feel safe and adored in her forever home. If you're searching for a quiet companion with a heart to match her beautiful tabby stripes, Xena could be your perfect match. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
