He thrives under the guidance of a confident and experienced handler who can offer steady leadership and gradual introductions. In return, Rocky will give you everything he has. He’s also good with other dogs, provided introductions are done properly, making him more adaptable than you might expect. Currently, Rocky is being fostered in Philomath, Oregon, and is living his best life while waiting for that special person who understands him.
