About Kato
Kato is a 2-year-old male English Coonhound who was found wandering in the woods of a rural area. Fortunately, a compassionate family came across him and contacted American Black and Tan Coonhound Rescue, Inc., ensuring he was brought to safety in a loving foster home in Mobile. Initially shy, Kato has gained confidence, revealing his sweet and gentle nature. He forms strong bonds quickly and values companionship, making him a promising friend for any family. Kato has excellent house manners and is crate trained; he sleeps contentedly in his dog bed each night. He enjoys leisurely walks to explore the world around him and gets along wonderfully with other dogs as well as children. Kato is looking for a loving home where he can thrive. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
