Jean came to us through a neglect case, having lived in a dirty basement with three other dogs and ten puppies. This sweet girl, about 8 years old, has endured a difficult past, only venturing outside when bred for profit. Despite her challenges, Jean's happiness shines through; her tail wags eagerly when she feels affection. However, she needs guidance, as she's not familiar with individual love and interaction. While she has a gentle disposition, Jean requires a dedicated adopter who can help her acclimate to a loving environment and teach her the essentials of being a dog. She appears to be a Cane Corso mix, lacking some size due to her previous neglect but full of potential. Jean does well around other dogs but would need a meet and greet with any resident dogs. She's untested with cats, but that can be arranged for approved adopters. Jean is finally ready for her forever home and can't wait to find her perfect family!
