Dee Dee is a lovely 5-year-old Terrier mix currently in Mansfield, OH. Rescued from a difficult situation, she’s come a long way and has healed nicely after experiencing some trauma. Despite her past, she is house trained and loves to give kisses, making her a sweet companion. Due to her experience, Dee Dee needs a home without other dogs, as she can become easily excited by their energy. While she typically ignores other dogs, she does respond to barking, though she settles quickly with redirection. Cats may not be a good fit for her, but we can conduct a cat test for approved adopters if desired. Dee Dee enjoys the company of people, and we believe she'd do well with kids.
