Meet Sugar Cookie, affectionately known as "Cookie!" At three years old, Cookie embodies sweetness, with striking green eyes and a delicate tabby-and-white coat. Her elegant long legs and adorable heart-shaped dark nose add to her undeniable charm. Though still young, she carries the calm disposition of a more mature cat. Cookie is one of the gentlest felines around. She loves to be held and melts into your arms for cuddles, relishing the warmth of sunshine as she enjoys lazy afternoons. Following her gentle senior dog friend around the house in search of cozy sunbeams is one of her favorite pastimes. When they inevitably find the perfect spot, they snuggle up for an afternoon nap — it’s as delightful as it sounds. While she enjoys playtime, Cookie is more laid-back compared to most kittens. Her affectionate and easygoing nature makes her an ideal companion for families with respectful children or gentle dogs. Although she prefers not to share her home with other cats, she adores her sister, Shortcake, and it would be wonderful if they could find a forever home together. Both sisters are litter box trained and absolutely love people! Currently being fostered in Naugatuck, CT, Cookie is waiting to be spayed and receive her vaccinations before adoption.
