About Gills
Gills is a handsome 1-year-old black Labrador Retriever mix with a heart as big as his smile. This friendly, affectionate young guy is ready to find a family to call his own. Gills does well with kids and has gotten along with some dogs, but if you already have a canine companion, a meet-and-greet will be required to ensure they are a good match. We're still learning how Gills interacts with cats, so any introductions should be slow and monitored. As an active young Lab mix, Gills is bright and eager to be part of family life. Labradors thrive on loyalty and love, and Gills will cherish daily walks, playtime, and activities that engage both his body and mind. He’s at an ideal age to learn and would benefit from positive reinforcement training, allowing him to grow into an amazing lifelong companion. Whether it's exploring outdoors, playing fetch, or relaxing after a fun-filled day, Gills is happiest when he’s with his people. He needs a loving family that will provide the guidance, love, and exercise necessary for him to thrive. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with plenty of love to share, Gills might be the perfect addition to your family. Come meet him and discover if he’s the missing piece you’ve been seeking.
