Redwood
AvailableRedwood is a small male kitten, currently a baby. He’s not yet altered and is still learning to trust people. For his safety, he needs to be an indoor cat, and although he has outdoor experience, a catio would be ideal. He is located in Santa Cruz, CA.
About Redwood
Meet Redwood, one of the Tree kittens, who came to the shelter a bit shy and uncertain. These little ones were raised on a property before being brought in for their safety. While they have experienced the outdoors, they need a secure indoor home moving forward, though a catio would provide an excellent compromise for outdoor enrichment. Redwood is still getting accustomed to human interaction but is responding positively to play and tasty treats. He’ll do best with patient, cat-savvy adopters who can help him adjust at his own pace. Ideal companions for him would be friendly, outgoing resident cats, showing him that the world can be a less frightening place. Redwood is available for pre-adoption and can go home after his neuter surgery. If you're ready to help him blossom, come visit Redwood at the Santa Cruz location, where you can meet him in the mornings!
