About Tweetie

Tweetie, a sweet girl found abandoned by a highway at just six months old, is slowly learning to trust again. Initially quite shy, she was terrified with her tail tucked between her legs, but she’s made remarkable progress in foster care. After some veterinary attention to address fleas and ticks, her health checks returned without any issues, including a negative heartworm test. Now about 26 pounds, she confidently navigates her new environment with other dogs and cats, gets along beautifully with them, and even sleeps soundly in her crate surrounded by her favorite chew toys. Despite being a young pup, Tweetie is a gentle soul who loves to cuddle on the couch and has a low energy level. Her favorite activities include chewing stuffed toys, playing with balls, and, of course, receiving affection from her humans! With her striking black and tan coat and those big brown eyes, she’s ready for a loving forever home. If you're looking for a companion who enjoys quiet moments as much as playtime, Tweetie could be the perfect fit for you. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
