About Nayra
Nayra is a lively baby sato looking for her forever home! At just 2 months old, this lab mix is ready to explore the world. Currently living in a Puerto Rico shelter, she needs a foster or permanent home, especially in the DC area. This playful girl is just starting her social journey and should do well with other dogs, cats, and kids, provided she gets patience and training. Nayra loves toys and will enjoy zooming around, but she also craves snuggles between her playtimes. To thrive, she’ll need multiple potty breaks and some exercise throughout the day—so any potential adopters with 8-hour workdays should consider how they’ll meet her needs. Since she hasn’t been spayed yet, the adopter will have to ensure she’s spayed no later than November 4, 2026, as per the adoption contract. Nayra is up to date on her puppy vaccinations, but like all puppies, she’ll need continued vet care. Think you could be the right match for Nayra? This little angel is waiting to join her new family.
