Meet Sookie! This affectionate Maine Coon came to Delaware Puppy Rescue after her previous owner entered a nursing home. She's a sweet, gentle soul who loves being pampered. Sookie enjoys hanging out on her cat tree, watching the world through the windows, and soaking up all the love she can get. While she has lived as an only pet, she's great with kids and would thrive in a home where she can receive endless cuddles. Sookie is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations, including her rabies and distemper shots, which means she won’t need any more vaccinations until 2029. She’s also house trained and has excellent manners. If you're interested in bringing this lovely girl into your home, note that you can adopt her remotely, but in-person meetings aren’t possible; you can connect with her foster mom over the phone or via Zoom.
