About Aubrey

Meet Aubrey! This beautiful brindle girl weighs 38 pounds and is approximately 3.5 years old. She’s incredibly playful and adores toys, especially games of tug-of-war with her foster brother. Aubrey likely has a mix of working or herding breeds in her lineage, and she thrives when kept mentally engaged. She has the look of a mini Dutch Shepherd or Malinois, complete with an intelligent gaze. On walks, she remains focused and politely stays by your side without pulling on the leash. At her heart, Aubrey is sweet and loves being around people. She craves attention, enjoying cuddles and belly rubs. She’s learning her manners in foster care and is making great strides. Mostly potty trained, she's trusted to roam free at home, preferring her own bed or the couch, as she’s crate adverse. She gets along well with other dogs. As an alpha girl, she’d do best without another dominant dog, but she plays wonderfully with submissive pups and could happily be the only dog. Food is her favorite, and she prefers to keep her meals to herself. Aubrey needs a loving home that can provide guidance and chances for activity. In return, she’ll offer loyalty, affection, and lots of playful energy. Aubrey is staying in Warren, RI, and is adoptable within Texas and the Northeastern States. Ready to fall in love?
