His favorite pastimes include grooming his friends and curling up for cozy naps. Slim Shady tested positive for FIV when he was 8 weeks old, but this may just be due to maternal antibodies. He will be retested at six months to determine his future health. Even if he does carry the virus, many FIV-positive cats go on to live long, fulfilling lives and can thrive in a loving home with other friendly cats.
