About Courtney
Meet Courtney, a delightful senior lady ready to enjoy her well-deserved pampered life after leaving behind her farm colony days. This gentle feline has a kind, easygoing personality and is more than happy to soak up affection. Despite being FIV-positive and having all her teeth removed, Courtney is comfortable and thriving. Don’t let her condition fool you; she’s eager to share cozy moments in a warm home. Courtney would likely do well with other respectful cats, but after all she’s been through, she wouldn’t mind being the sole queen of the household, soaking up all the attention. She’s ready to appreciate every cozy bed and sunny window, showing just how grateful she can be. For those wondering, FIV-positive cats like Courtney can safely live with FIV-negative cats as the virus spread is primarily from deep bite wounds—not from sharing food bowls or cuddling. With no teeth, Courtney can’t transmit FIV through biting, making her a perfect fit for a multi-cat home. This lovely lady is part of our Forget-Me-Not program, highlighting animals who’ve been waiting longer than average for a home. To help her find the perfect match, her adoption fee has been waived. Courtney attends adoption events at our Verona Adoption Center on Saturdays from 10 am to 2:30 pm and Sundays from 12 pm to 3 pm. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
