About Mira
Mira is a brave German Shepherd who was rescued from a Central Valley shelter after being found as a stray. When she arrived, she was emaciated and diabetic, facing a grim fate. Luckily, a dedicated volunteer recognized her need for special care and took her into foster. Despite being almost completely blind, Mira confidently explores her surroundings, relying on the people around her for guidance. She is affectionate and enjoys being close to her humans, often acting like a lap dog. Mira gets along well with other dogs and is learning to adjust to living with cats, making her a wonderful companion. She's house trained, has her vaccinations up to date, and is ready to bring joy into a loving home. If you're interested in giving Mira the stable and caring environment she deserves, please reach out. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
