He's friendly with both dogs and cats, making him a great addition to almost any household. Moose enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, playing, and long walks, and he walks nicely on a leash. His ideal family would be active, ready to give him the guidance he needs as he continues to learn good habits. Currently attending doggie daycare, he thrives on social interactions and affection. Moose was rescued from a high-kill shelter and is still mastering his house manners. With his fosters working long hours, he would benefit from a work-from-home or stay-at-home parent for ongoing training. He's intelligent and food-motivated, making him a quick learner. Moose is incredibly people-oriented and loves being near his humans, whether at home or on outings. He can thrive as an only dog or in a multi-dog household, soaking up all the attention he can get. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and on heartworm prevention. This handsome boy is currently fostered in Houston, Texas, but he'll happily travel for the right forever home.
