About Crypto
Meet Crypto! This little guy may keep his heart tucked away until he feels safe, but once you earn his trust, you'll find a sweet and affectionate companion. He enjoys curling up next to his favorite person after a fun day of playing. Crypto strikes a fantastic balance between playful and cuddly. He loves to romp around the yard, engaging in playful zoomies with canine friends, and enjoys wrestling matches. This well-mannered boy gets along famously with dogs of all sizes and easily backs off if he crosses a line. He’s simply looking for friends, not drama. While transitioning to a new home, be patient with Crypto. He can be shy, especially around new people. With kindness and consistency, he'll flourish. Seeing a timid dog blossom and learn that the world isn't so scary is rewarding, and Crypto is definitely worth that investment. His new family should be aware that he might try to mark while he adjusts, so using a belly band initially is wise. After settling in and following a consistent potty routine, he does quite well. Crypto is crate trained and keeps his space clean overnight. He’s generally quiet, though he may let out a few little whines before settling down. Crypto is quite the athlete, capable of impressive jumps, so keep any tempting items out of his reach. He can be startled outdoors, so a secure yard with at least a 5-foot fence and safe door manners are essential. We believe he would thrive best in a home with another playful dog to help him build confidence. He could do well with respectful kids, but since his interaction with cats is unknown, they can be tested if needed. If you're looking for instant love, Crypto may not be the one for you.
