About Dj

Dj is a 6-year-old Australian Shepherd who’s ready to find his new forever home. This large boy weighs around 70-75 lbs and is on a journey to recover from severe skin allergies. He has a rough exterior but a big heart, and he’s slowly getting back to his gorgeous self, even starting to grow some charming chest hair. Dj has striking eyes, split between blue and brown, which only adds to his unique character. He’s incredibly gentle and has never met a stranger, getting along well with both dogs and cats even during his vet visits. Dj has experience with chickens too, which shows his friendly nature. He knows basic commands and walks well on a leash. Happy to please, he is both crate trained and housebroken, and he loves kids. Dj is already neutered and vaccinated, and although he will be microchipped soon, we’re waiting for his skin to improve first. If you’re looking for a loving companion who brings joy, Dj is the one for you!
