Shortcake is a playful little pup eagerly searching for a loving home! She has been thriving in a foster environment where she got plenty of love and attention, making her ready for her forever family. Shortcake is currently potty trained on puppy pads and is working on transitioning outside. She sleeps soundly during car rides and enjoys the company of other dogs, loves playing fetch, and playing tug of war with them. Though she’s a bit shy at first, she quickly warms up and shows her sweet, affectionate side. Shortcake also adores chewing on bones and cuddling up next to her humans. With a burst of puppy energy, she’s ready to learn and is excited about mastering potty training, basic commands, and social interactions. Come meet Shortcake at High Country Humane Main Campus, located at 11665 N. Highway 89, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. The shelter is open Thursday-Tuesday, 11 AM - 5 PM, and closed on Wednesdays. Keep in mind, adopting from High Country Humane means your new pet will be spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. They also provide a free health exam and a small bag of kibble.
