Meet Longfellow. Longfellow is a delightful 6-month-old mixed breed who weighs around 35 pounds and has an irresistible knack for snuggling. His foster affectionately calls him their "little chicken noodle boy," and it’s easy to see why—he just loves being close to his people. This cuddly pup enjoys spending time curled up beside you, making him the perfect couch companion. Longfellow is very sociable and gets along well with other dogs; he thrives on having four-legged friends around. He’s also cat-friendly and doesn’t chase or disturb them, making him a respectful addition to a home with dog-savvy felines. Currently, he’s filling out a bit as he came into rescue on the skinny side. He eats three meals a day and is food motivated, which really helps with his training. Longfellow is doing well with potty training, having only a few accidents while settling in. Like many young dogs, he’s still mastering his social skills. He tends to get overly excited during play and needs reminders to respect other dogs' boundaries. With positive reinforcement, he is improving daily.
