About Kesha

Meet Kesha, a beautiful Black Labrador Retriever mix who was discovered at a dog park in Stockton. She followed a woman home and, after some time as a stray, was brought to Dogwood Animal Rescue. Initially thought to be without an owner, Kesha was later found to have a microchip, leading back to her previous owner who chose to surrender her for adoption. At around 5 years old, Kesha weighs between 75 to 80 pounds, slightly above her ideal weight of 70 pounds. She has adapted well to indoor living; her history of being outdoors has made her a quick learner when it comes to house training. Kesha is social with people, friendly with other dogs, and enjoys car rides. However, she has a tendency to chase after cats, so a feline-free home is best for her. Ready to find a loving family, Kesha is eager to start her next chapter. Click apply to start the adoption process.
