While recovering from her surgery, she immediately sought affection, pressing herself against the cage to ask for pets. In that moment, we realized she deserved a loving home away from the streets. After some time adapting to a cozy indoor lifestyle, Chanel's true spirit has shone through, revealing an unforgettable character. She's a total diva: feisty, fierce, and talkative, with an air of confidence that commands attention. While she enjoys affection, it’s always on her terms, which is part of her charm. At an estimated 12 years old, Chanel currently shares her home with two laid-back male cats and a pair of playful kittens. True to her Tortie nature, she has plenty of opinions! Chanel keeps an eye on the kittens, offering gentle reminders when they misbehave, but also displaying a nurturing side by grooming them and showing them the ropes of proper cat behavior. Beneath her sassy exterior lies a sweet girl who craves connection. When the mood strikes her, she’ll roll over for pets and happily soak up attention.
