Meet Violet! Violet found herself wandering the streets of Houston, TX, and despite facing some tough times, she emerged as one of the sweetest, most loyal dogs you could ever hope to meet. Now, sheβs ready for her forever home. At 1.5 years old, Violet is fully potty trained and walks wonderfully on a leash. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes, taking cues from them to boost her confidence. While sheβs good with kids, sheβs a bit apprehensive around loud little ones. She knows how to sit and is making great progress with her crate and place training. Violet is an absolute cuddler, often tongue out and army crawling on the ground just to reach you. Her loyalty is unshakeable. Though she still has some fears, especially around squeaky toys, Violet loves playing with hoses and enjoys tug-of-war. Sheβs been a star at adoption events, showcasing her wonderful personality to everyone she meets. Ideally, she would thrive in a home with someone who can continue her training and provide companionship with another dog.
