Meet Morgan, a delightful 3-year-old Maltese mix who's captured our hearts despite his rough start. Found abandoned and hiding under a carport, he was filthy, matted, and underweight. Thankfully, after receiving the care he desperately needed, Morgan is now thriving. Weighing around 12 pounds, he is on his way to being a healthy little companion. Morgan is special; he's likely deaf, having been evaluated by our veterinarian. This doesn’t dampen his spirit at all. In fact, he remains one of the happiest and most affectionate dogs you could ever meet. He loves snuggling in laps and has a personality that brings joy to those around him. He confidently navigates his home and has quite the demeanor, charming everyone with his antics. Morgan gets along well with other dogs, proving he can hold his own with just enough confidence. An ideal home for him would have a physically fenced yard where he can safely explore. He is house trained and walks beautifully on a leash. Morgan is also incredibly clean in his crate and has adapted well to a lively environment, including cohabitation with an respectful 8-year-old. With the right support and a little patience to help him settle in, Morgan will quickly become a loyal, loving companion.
