Meet Louie, a charming pup on the lookout for a warm and loving home. Rescued from the San Bernardino shelter as a stray, Louie's back story is a bit unclear, but one thing is for sure: he has a calm and sweet demeanor that won over the hearts of shelter staff and volunteers alike. Louie seems to be a Bassador, combining the adorable features of a Labrador head with the compact body of a Basset Hound. He enjoyed playgroups with other dogs and has been friendly even with people, earning rave reviews for his gentle nature. Since arriving at the rescue, Louie has transitioned to boarding as they continue to get to know him.
