About Moxie
Moxie is a resilient female cat, about 1 to 1.5 years old, who has shown incredible strength after facing a challenging start. She arrived at the local shelter as a stray, pregnant, and gave birth to her kittens just after being rescued. After being whisked to her foster home, she encountered health issues, notably a gastric ulcer and anemia, which required treatment. Throughout this period, Moxie remained a devoted mother, caring for her babies despite her struggles. Now, Moxie has bounced back and is becoming a sweet companion who loves human attention. She enjoys being held, and her soft purr is a comforting presence. While she’s still protective of her babies around other pets, it is expected she will adjust well once they are adopted.
