Rocko Rooster came to Frosted Faces Foundation after being surrendered to the Palmdale Shelter. At just 4 years old and weighing 81 lbs, he’s a large and affectionate boy eager to connect with his people. Rocko thrives on attention and enjoys gentle petting, often responding with sweet kisses. He has great leash manners, walks calmly, and behaves well during car rides, even visiting local coffee shops. During a recent two-week foster stay, Rocko’s personality shined as he grew comfortable in a home environment. He is friendly with people and excellent with children. While at the dog park, he was more interested in exploring with his foster dad than playing with other dogs. Rocko is house-trained, knows how to use a doggie door, and sleeps soundly through the night. Though he’s learned commands like “come here” and “no,” he might counter surf if left unattended, so keep snacks secure!
