He does have a head tilt, the cause of which is unknown, potentially related to a congenital condition or an old injury, so his new owner should be prepared to follow up with a veterinarian. Hammond needs a calm and caring home where he can take his time to feel secure and loved. He has been vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, and is now ready for adoption.
