About Mary

Mary is a young sweetheart with a heart full of love. This Lab/Heeler mix is almost one year old and weighs around 30 pounds. Her story is one of resilience. Mary and her sister, Martha, were abandoned at an interstate exit in Arkansas. Thankfully, kind souls stepped in to ensure they were nourished and safe until they could be fostered. Mary is fantastic with children and other dogs. She has a gentle, affectionate nature and seems to believe she’s a lap dog! Mary loves giving hugs and sweet kisses, often showering you with soft nibbles on your hands or chin as her way of showing affection. Intelligent and eager to learn, Mary knows how to use a doggie door and is mostly house-trained. She walks nicely on a leash and is even picking up hand signals. Notably, Mary shares a close bond with her sister, Martha. They’ve faced challenges together, and we’re dedicated to keeping them united. Together, they fill the home with laughter, cuddles, and an abundance of love. Mary is spayed, fully vetted, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Looking for two loyal companions?
