About Pippa
Meet Pippa! If you're looking for the world's biggest cuddle bug, you've found her. Pippa is a delightful 4-month-old Domestic Short Hair kitten who is all about snuggles and love. Despite her challenges, this little girl is one of the happiest, sweetest creatures you’ll encounter. Whenever you're seated, expect her to leap into your lap, and if it’s occupied, she’ll chirp the cutest meow, reminding you she’s waiting for her turn. She believes she belongs snuggled up with her people around the clock. When she’s not being a cuddle champion, Pippa transforms into a playful whirlwind. She finds joy in the simplest things — pant strings, crumpled papers, and shoelaces become her toys. Her curiosity and fearless nature shine through. Pippa is paralyzed in her back legs, yet this doesn’t hold her back one bit. She zooms around her foster home wearing a diaper, climbs onto couches, scales cat trees, and even makes her way up the stairs with determination. She's incredibly strong and is a candidate for a custom wheelchair in the future. For now, she lives fully in each moment, unfazed by her condition. She gets along well with other cats and would likely enjoy a feline companion. Currently, she shares her space with a resident dog, whom she often greets with an occasional hiss while the dog keeps a respectful distance. Pippa has faced hardships in her journey, likely stemming from an accident that left her with paralyzed back legs. A veterinary neurologist confirmed she has no pain or sensation in her back legs, with no surgical options available. As a result, she does have urinary and fecal incontinence, requiring daily care, including diapering and baths, which she tolerates well. Pippa is looking for a very special adopter ready to commit to her unique needs while realizing the incredible joy she brings. She’s affectionate, resilient, and full of life. Those who meet her quickly fall in love, and it’s easy to see why she's such a treasure. Pippa doesn't see herself as different; each day, she wakes up excited to play, cuddle, and explore. This little girl deserves a family who appreciates the light she brings. Ready to meet this amazing kitten? Click apply to start the adoption process.
