Magic Mama is a beautiful, sleek black-and-white dog who flourishes with a bit of patience. Initially timid, she quickly transforms into a loving companion. This affectionate girl strikes a balance; she’s not a demanding lap dog but enjoys being near her humans. She gets along great with other dogs and children, making her an excellent addition to any family. Her distinctive feature includes a lovely white chest and a charming speck of white on the back of her head. Magic Mama is mostly potty trained, needing just a little routine to refine things. She settles nicely in her crate, especially with a peanut butter Kong or a chew toy. While she can be selectively shy around certain older individuals, primarily heavier males, she communicates this by barking and then prefers to observe from a distance. Cats pique her curiosity, and she shows no aggression, so slow introductions are recommended. As part of our Foster to Adopt Program, her future family will provide a temporary home until she is spayed.
