Meet Ozzy Man, a once street-savvy cat who has transformed into a true lap companion. This charming blue-eyed boy, resembling a Snowshoe, caught the eye of one of our volunteers when he appeared in an outdoor colony this spring. Initially, Ozzy prioritized food over all else, but after some time, he discovered that humans can be quite comforting. Now, at about 5 years old, he dreams of a loving home where he can enjoy cozy moments in your lap while watching TV and indulge in his favorite squeeze treats. Though Ozzy is FIV+, this simply means he requires a little extra attention, and he’s been through surgery to address his prior vision issue, enabling him to see the world in a brand-new light. Due to his past experiences, he may startle in new or stressful scenarios and would thrive in a home without young children. He is likely to get along with other cats after proper introductions, but we’re uncertain about his feelings towards dogs. At the vet, Ozzy appreciates arriving with his anxiety medication to help ease the stress of visits. He's made remarkable strides and is ready to find the family that he truly deserves.
