Bart is a playful little kitten waiting to steal your heart at Rockbridge SPCA. This adorable black and white (tuxedo) fella is still a baby and has a charming short coat. He’s been tested negative for FIV/FeLV, showing he’s healthy and ready for his new home. While he’s not yet neutered, all our animals undergo the procedure before adoption, so there might be a brief wait. Bart excels in house training, making him a great candidate for your family.
