Nakia is a young female cat who entered rescue on October 19, 2023, following a life in the Black Panther Colony with her mother and brothers. While her family members have found homes, Nakia remains in search of the right fit. She shows a reserved nature and is still growing comfortable around humans, but she thrives in the company of other cats and has proven to be a soothing presence in her foster environment. Nakia has a striking black coat that draws admiration, and she has even handled vet visits well. We're looking for a patient family who understands her pace.
