Orion has come a long way from her past of confinement. She spent years on a chain, watching life drift by, feeling cold and alone. But with the help of compassionate construction workers, she found herself in a loving foster home, where she began to learn what being a dog truly means. At first, simple things like a blanket or a soft couch were new experiences for her. Each milestone, from understanding that toys are meant for play to realizing meals would now be consistent, was a victory worth celebrating. Today, Orion is a joyful girl who loves to spend time with her foster family and takes her role as a full-time “treat beggar” seriously. She follows her foster around the house, soaking up attention and showing endless love and gratitude. Orion is crate and potty trained, walks well on a leash, and gets along with other dogs, though she can also thrive as the only pet in the household.
