About Isla
Meet Isla! This little girl is still navigating the world of human interaction. She came into rescue unsure and is seeking a patient adopter who understands the value of letting her adjust at her own pace. Each day, Isla finds a bit more bravery, and it’s heartwarming to see her slowly warm up to those she trusts. Isla is fond of other cats and draws much of her confidence from having feline companions around. She would do best in a home with a friendly, confident resident cat or could go home with one of her kitten friends through our Best Friend Bonus, ensuring she has a buddy to guide her. While she hasn’t had much exposure to dogs, she might adapt well to a calm, cat-savvy dog with gradual introductions and patience. Due to her need for a serene atmosphere, Isla prefers a quiet home with adults or respectful teenagers. Young children would likely be too much for her right now. If you can allow Isla to flourish on her own terms, you will witness the wonderful transformation of a shy kitten learning to trust. Prepare for a rewarding relationship as she blossoms into her true self. Isla will be ready to go home after 6/29. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
