Meet Marcy. No dog should have to start life the way Marcy did. At just around a year old, this lovely Staffordshire Bull Terrier arrived at the shelter severely emaciated and in poor health. It was evident she hadn't received the love and care that every dog deserves. But Marcy never gave up. After a month of proper medical attention, good food, and plenty of affection, she has transformed remarkably. The scared, underweight dog who walked through our doors is now a healthy and happy girl, ready to find her forever home. Marcy is incredibly sweet and craves companionship. She adores people and wants nothing more than to stay by your side, soaking up every bit of love. Recently, she participated in a dog meet and greet and exhibited a friendly, social nature, despite her tumultuous past. What Marcy needs now is a family to embrace her and show her what a loving forever home looks like. Having survived the hardest parts of her journey, let's ensure her future is filled with soft beds, full bowls, belly rubs, and unconditional love.
