About Roxie
Meet Roxie, a lovely 1.5-year-old dog who's searching for her forever home. Roxie was surrendered to the shelter not because of any fault of her own, but due to her previous family’s inability to provide the fenced yard she needed for play and potty breaks. This beautiful girl is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows basic commands, making her an ideal companion. Roxie has a calm and laid-back personality and enjoys simply being by your side, whether you're relaxing on the couch or embarking on an adventure. On walks, she gets excited when she sees other dogs and may pull toward them out of curiosity. For this reason, a front-clip harness and some continued leash training will help her become an even better walking partner. A meet-and-greet with resident dogs is a good idea to ensure compatibility. As for cats and children, her behavior around them remains unknown. Roxie has already lost her first home. Let’s make sure she doesn’t spend another day feeling uncertain about her future. Come meet Roxie and show her the love and stability she deserves. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started.
