Meet Mosey! If you're looking for a cat who likes to keep an eye on household activities and ensure everything runs smoothly, Mosey could be just the companion for you. This senior cat enjoys checking in and making sure everyone is accounted for, but she isn't one to micromanage. She’ll happily supervise when she’s feeling sociable but also appreciates her independence, often spending time on her own to recharge. Mosey found her way to us when her previous owner could no longer care for her. She's curious and active, ready to thrive with plenty of enrichment and playtime. While she had access to the outdoors in her former home, providing a safe outdoor space could offer her joy in her new environment. With the right household setup and devoted time for indoor enrichment, she could also flourish as an indoor-only cat. Opportunities for healthy behaviors like playing and scratching are crucial for her well-being. Mosey prefers a calm and predictable environment and may be startled by loud noises or a busy home. It’s important to have some cozy hiding spots for her to retreat to when she wants some tranquil alone time. Regarding other pets, she has had limited interactions with cats, so any additional cats in her new home would depend on personality compatibility. As for dogs, Mosey has no prior experience and would appreciate a home without them. She’s had some stress while living with children, so she’s looking for an adult-only home or one with older, respectful kids who can honor her space.
