About Linus
Meet Linus, a young male Beagle freshly rescued from a testing facility where he spent his early days confined in a cage. He’s still discovering what it means to be a dog, and though he's a bit shy, he's shown improvements, especially when around friendly dogs. Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue requires that Linus go to a home with another social dog, as this companionship will help boost his confidence and social skills. At about 2 years old and weighing approximately 25 pounds, Linus will thrive with a patient owner committed to helping him with potty and leash training. He’s neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations, and his adoption fee of $650 covers a vet exam, blood work, a heartworm test (negative), deworming, and a microchip. If you think you could provide the love and guidance Linus needs, consider applying to adopt him. Every animal deserves a happy ending; this one starts with you.
