About Parry
Meet Parry! This affectionate 5-year-old, 41-pound American Bully is overflowing with love. He’s currently seeking a medical foster-to-adopt home while undergoing treatment for a lung nodule that will be surgically removed as part of his care. Critter Crusaders will cover his veterinary expenses during foster care. Once he’s cleared for adoption, you can finalize the process and officially welcome him into your family. While we don't know the exact timeline, we’d love for Parry to start settling into his forever home. Parry joined our rescue back in February after being found as a stray. Now in a nurturing foster environment, he’s acclimating well to the comfy life—sleeping, eating, roaming the yard, and, yes, more sleeping. He enjoys relaxing in his kennel and does well during the day while his foster family is at work. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, especially playful little ones and easygoing larger breeds, though he prefers those without dominant personalities. Parry hasn’t interacted much with cats but generally shows little interest in them. When it comes to people, he’s a sweetheart! Parry absolutely loves kids and has bonded with the children in his current foster home. He thrived on human affection at a recent event, relishing every pet. If you’re ready to give this lovable guy a home, apply at adoptapal.org/adopt to meet Parry. We can discuss the medical foster-to-adopt details after your application. Applying doesn’t commit you, so reach out today!
